How to install the latest update

To install the latest version of AppointMate:

• Download it from http://www.isoft.co.za/appointmate.
• Unpack the zip file to the folder where AppointMate has been installed. The default installation folder is

C:\Program Files\I-Soft\AppointMate.

• When asked whether you want to replace the existing file: AppointMate.exe, Click on Yes.

Note: you will need a tool such as WinZip, available from http://www.winzip.com/ to unpack the file

1. When not connected to the Internet, AppointMate shows a dial-up window. This is now compliant with an SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) server, which requires authentication.

1. Grouping has been made case insensitive i.e. “mygroup” is the same as “MYGROUP” is the same as “MyGrOuP”.

1. All labels displaying "Appointment Date" now displays "Date".
2. Labels displaying "Appointment Details" now just displays "Detail".
